SENSESPACE Studio will be a space for high fidelity dialogues where members practice presence, deep listening, flow and an ear for resonance in fresh and dynamic enquiries.
The Studio will invite ‘live players’ who aspire to both listen and participate profoundly.
It values both discord and diversity in the context of cultivating fellowship and collaboration.
Members come to work/play in the Studio for many reasons: to experience fresh insight, to re-calibrate to a co-created rhythm and event to tap in to their guidance, intuition and potent life force. In the Studio an alchemical field will emerge through the unique mix of wisdom seekers, artists, mystics, facilitators and thinkers that pass through the space.
My name is Jacob Kishere, and I will be stewarding the Studio with depth of presence, listening and vibe attunement drawing upon 5 years captaining SENSESPACE, facilitating live events, practicing dialogos, envisioning and organising men’s initiatives as well as producing Culturepilgrim with 12 singles, several collaborations and of course the Culturepilgrim substack.
The Studio is an evolution of SENSESPACE, ‘an inter-dimensional dialogue into the heart of truth and wisdom’, which continues to organise and lead deep enquiries addressing our collective phase shift. SENSESPACE Studio’s scope will be equally vast and psychoactive, offering events and conversations that excite the pulse of meaning and kairos while consistently leading to the edge of our knowing.
What is SENSESPACE?
SENSESPACE was founded on a trifold significance. First to create a space to make sense of life, second to do this through a transformative process in which we sense deeply into space, third and finally to realise a new quality of spaciousness in life.
My journey into faith, the depths of inner life and of dialogue itself have continually deepened my appreciation for the profound social and spiritual significance of SENSESPACE.
The SENSESPACE logo’s inspiration, created by London architect Rory Noble Turner, is the Japense ensō symbol.
“It represents a vast space, that which lacks nothing and yet holds nothing…cycles of beginnings and endings and the greater infinity that contains them. It symbolises both completion and the space of opening and renewal”.
-Thomas Hübl-Mystic and healer
SENSESPACE offers a canvas which is both vibrant and empty. A space where a thousand different experiences can bloom.
Roadmap for the wisdom commons:
The Studio is committed to developing a resilient wisdom commons. It will be developing a framework in which facilitators and artists can be compensated for their contributions, as well as creating a cultural pool for new collaborations and exchange.
Collaboration and Co-Creation:
Sessions will also extend to include ceremonies, rap cyphers, and other forms of co-creation. Members will co-create the flow with sessions led by myself as well as guests. Alongside the regular program of events, members will have the opportunity to make use of the studio as a high quality resource for workshopping their own projects and to propose specific explorations and enquiries.
This SENSESPACE project will continue to evolve as part of the liminal web in collaboration with friends and sister projects such as Uncertainment Lounge, Voicecraft, Ecofo, the Net, The Council of Kings, The Resonant Man and Philosophy Portal.
Studio sessions will be closed to members and guests but may when fitting be recorded to produce artwork and podcasts that flow out and help to invite new artists and players in to the field.
What makes a Studio? Yoga Studio, Music Studio & Studium
The work that we do in SENSESPACE Studio doesn’t fit into existing cultural/marketplace boxes because it is fostering a movement beyond them.
Like a yoga studio, this space will offer participants a place for consistent practice that yields wisdom, perceptivity and greater alignment. A great dialogue can set your day and week right as much as a great yoga class. However, there are no set Asanas.
The Studio is an improvisational and experimental space, closer to a music studio. . We don’t always know what we’ll create but we show up with a readiness and create the right conditions. Space and equipment are insufficient for music. You need people in Studio with a love for music and the right ear for it. As a facilitator, I am here to create that tactile, responsive space of resonance with room to try things and take risks. The select membership will also afford this.
The latin origin of Studio comes from latin ‘studium’—pointing to a third aspect of the studio: ‘a kind of study with dedication, a zeal to obtain deeper knowledge or a piece of work done for practice or as an experiment’. The Studio is a place of learning and self-education. It delivers a kind of ‘liminal’ and ‘holistic’ education for our time which we believe is just as important as classical education.
The studio is not group therapy and as my philosophical grandfather Teilhard de Chardin observes humanity will never be fully content with ‘well-being’ we need and seek ‘more-being’. This project sits beyond the therapy/life paradigm in a recognition that deep healing, creativity, community, cultivation of virtue are all equal and interconnected parts of our soul’s realisation and education.
How does a Studio session feel?
While each session may have different structure, each brings a distinct felt presence, something feels qualitatively different in the space to the rest of your day. You gradually tune in with the diverse field of energy in the Studio discovering a vibe and distinct kind of embodied consciousness. As the dialogue unfolds, you may find yourself contributing from a deeper place. You participate in a dance in which your mistakes are less important than your earnest seeking. As the Studio session takes on full flow, the pieces in play re-organise themselves into greater harmony. You feel you have fully given yourself to the process and that a beautiful kind of creative work has been accomplished.
How do I join?
The STUDIO will launch as an open space with all events by donation. Members pay what they wish according to value, inspiration and affordance.

Testimonials:
"An exceptional facilitator, he combines a deep commitment to personal inquiry with an unusual capacity for empathy, and ability to articulate his personal philosophy with extraordinary precision. Jacob models how to speak from one's deepest essence in a way that infuses any space he holds with a special quality of intelligence, and I feel truly privileged to be a witness to his unfolding as a pioneer and leader in philosophical dialogue and transformational process."
-Matthew Green, Global investigations editor at DeSmog, co-host of the Climate Consciousness Summit, creator of Resonant World and Toxic Workplace Survival Guy, Author of Aftershock, Co-Creator of The Resonant Man
I first connected with fellow pilgrim Jacob Kishere several years ago in generative dialogue. Jacob’s gift is one of flow in the form of spoken articulations, pauses and beats. Through his various projects - Culturepilgrim, SENSESPACE, and The Resonant Man he guides noisy awareness toward the possibility of music.
-Prof. Lisa Norton, Founder of ‘Uncertainment Lounge’, formerly Professor of Design Leadership and Associate Dean of the School of Design Strategies at Parsons School of Design
“Jacob Kishere is a dear friend, a playful creator, a guide on my path, and one of the wisest men I know. Don't miss his illuminating, Christian-mystical insight.”
-Jordan Bates, Space-Holder, Rap Artist, & Author of 4 Books
Testimonials from past initiatives:
“If I were to describe Men Emerging in one word, it would be Rejuvenating. Not only was every session transformative, but the experience set the tone for my week. I felt more grounded and connected with everyone around me. I felt more alive. There's power in combining fellowship and dialogos, and Jacob does this masterfully.”
- Kyle McGahee, USA
“Jacob brings a quality of deep patience to conversation; patience not only for the energetic flows on the surface, but for the arising of deeper currents into the collective field of awareness and subsequent expression. This quality was contagious, and while not always so -- as nothing can be -- it planted itself firmly at the base of our conversations.”
-JM, Australia
“The participants came together in a spirit of open inquiry and Jacob's highly intuitive and masterful manner of holding space for the conversation, gently guiding our attention at times, made these calls incredibly rich and nurturing”
-Jochen Weber, USA
What I have found with doing this work of Dialogos with a community of men is that whatever blockage was stopping me from verbalising what is real and alive for me has dissolved, perhaps because of the space that is expertly created by Jacob; a place of authenticity, play, slowing down and listening to what wants to emerge in the present moment. At any rate, this is a place to let go of past patterns slowly and effortlessly and creatively explore as a community in the ever present now. The whole experience has something of the creativity, play and simple joy found in early childhood.”
-Magnus Robinson, U.K.
